Who We Are
LGR Support Services consists of a group of vastly experienced and knowledgeable associates, all of whom are names and faces you'll probably be very familiar with!
Each one of us are deeply connected to local government as either current serving senior officers and elected Members or former officers and elected Members who are still connected to the sector through consultancy and support.

Members
There are 1001 challenges and obstacles facing current and future Members as LGR moves forward. These range from leadership development, understanding what unitary life will be like, support for political transition and possible tensions, and also governance frameworks. We can help.
Officers
Your people are your biggest asset. Our support here ranges from comprehensive training programmes that will help staff adapt to new roles and new operating models, to support with change and the feeling of turmoil that comes with it.
Comms
Clear and consistent messaging will be essential to reassure residents and stakeholders that services will not be disrupted. We can supply professional PR support to craft communication plans, public consultations, FAQs, and regular updates on progress.
